My Journey

Like many people, there was a time in my life when I realized that my work was not fulfilling. And beyond that, it had taken over my life.

During my career I had received numerous acknowledgements for high performance but something was missing. My work had become my identity and yet, I knew there had to be something more. That’s when I decided to see a coach.

My coach helped me define what I really valued in life. I learned how to live in the present guided by my values and my vision for a most alive, purpose filled life.

It was then that I made the commitment to expand my career horizons and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute.

For over ten years I have worked as a coach in partnership with individuals and professionals to bring meaning back into their lives by exploring their values and what makes them feel most alive.

This leads to strategic, life changing choices. The result is a life full of ease, fulfillment and peace.

I believe we all benefit in our lives from connections and partnerships with others. One key source for me has been my relationship with God. My faith has given me strength and peace, and I have found a deep richness in coaching people of faith.

No matter what your belief, I'm curious to learn where your faith resides.

Helping others discover their life purpose in their career direction and life has allowed me to live my life purpose. I want to help you move there too!

My Background

I have always had a passion for helping others explore what’s possible and what’s the opportunity for their life.

As a result, I earned my Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services advanced degree from the University of Missouri and I have worked for more than twenty-five years in employee assistance programs and behavioral healthcare.

I have held numerous leadership and management roles in both the private and public sectors.

My practical knowledge in the workplace, as well as my clinical and coaching expertise brings a multifaceted approach to the services I bring my clients.
